If within 90 days after purchasing a LumaRxTM device you are not completely satisfied and would like a refund, return it with your receipt to receive a full refund to the address listed below. If you have questions about the device operation, results, or anything else related to your LumaRxTM device, we're here for you. Please call our Customer Service Center 800-392-6544 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
- 1. Please include the following items in the return package:
- a. The LumaRxTM device and accessories;
- b. The original sales receipt indicating price and date purchased
- 2. Returns should be mailed prepaid (no collect returns accepted) to:

Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.
Orders can only be shipped within the U.S.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. To ensure express shipments, orders must be submitted online by 1pm EST. Shipments are sent via UPS and tracking information will be provided upon shipment of the order.
Standard Shipping: This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-10 business days from your order date.
Express Shipping: Orders are sent via UPS 2nd-day delivery. You should receive your product within 2 business days from your order date. Please note: orders need to be submitted online by 1pm EST to ensure 2nd day delivery.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
LumaRxTM ships to both Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees apply. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery information for the additional rate. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer for delivery.
Please note: promotional offers relating to shipping rates, such as free shipping, do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or internationally at this time.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Unfortunately, LumaRxTM cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
Shipping to an APO/FPO Address
Unfortunately, LumaRxTM cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
